CONSTRUCTION UPDATE WEEK OF February 3, 2020
- [NEW]Ash Avenue Pre-Track Work: On February 14, crews will be carving the trench on Ash Avenue from 3rd Street to University Drive in advance of track installation. This work will take place overnight, with brief traffic holds at driveways and intersections on the west side of the road. Click here for more details.
- Ash Avenue/Rio Salado Parkway intersection: Road widening efforts are ongoing at the Ash Avenue/Rio Salado Parkway intersection. The intersection will be closed from January 20 – February 26 while crews construct the roundabout. Click here for more details.
- Apache Blvd from Gammage Curve to Rural Road: Landscaping and electrical upgrades. Traffic will be maintained in both directions. Expect sidewalk/crosswalk detours.
- Apache Blvd east of Rural Road: Track installation and OCS foundation work continues. Traffic maintained in both directions. Expect turn restrictions and possible sidewalk/crosswalk detours.
- [NEW]Apache Blvd and Terrace Road intersection: Track installation. Expect restricted turns and crosswalk detours on February 15.
